This is a fantastic poem I have always enjoyed.
Every now and then I re-read it to remind myself that among all we do every day, throughout our entire lives, all comes down to the Dash. What you do with you life each day really is what matters because in the end,
“He who dies with the most toys, does not win!”

| I read of a man who stood to speak At the funeral of a friend He referred to the dates on her tombstone From the beginning to the end He noted that first came her date of her birth For that dash represents all the time For it matters not how much we own; So think about this long and hard.
