Real Estate Listing Marketing with Bob the Real Estate Agent

Each day we see tons of information online. Each day we may also share tons of information online, by phone, email and text message. This is my contribution to those tons of information bits. I was online and wondering how I could make a contribution to YouTube as wlll as add some value to this contribution. I pondered many ideas and finally settled on this one. Photos for real estate listings and their value. In this video clip you will meet Bob the Agent in person and discover how he applies logical marketing practices for his listings. Combine this procedure with good marketing content and you are on your way to selling your listing!

Let Bob be your guide as he learns how important photographs are in an online listing.

I like Bob. He learns fast. Take lessons from him and you will do well.

6 Fabulous Reasons for Realtors(r) to Use LinkedIn

LinkedIn or ActiveRain. What is better for real estate agents? There are many social networks available for people in all age ranges, locations and markets. So which are you using and how well are you doing?

As with anything the trick is to knowing “what to use and how to use it”. Once you have that figured out you have won half the battle! Today I am going to give you 6 Reasons You Should Be Using LinkedIn for marketing…and….Why!

  1. Higher Income – LinkedIn has a higher average household income than any other network site. Higher income = Higher End Buyer
  2. Decision Makers – 45% of LinkedIn users are the household decision makers! You are speaking directly to the person who makes most of the decisions or guides the conversation!
  3. Database – You can export your LinkedIn connections with one simple click. Your email marketing has just become easier because now you can speak to a great number one-on-one.
  4. Groups – Join LinkedIn groups to help you make friends fast. Or…create your own group. It’s easy to invite people and you can create a group of your choice.
  5. Business – LinkedIn is one of the only popular Social Networks that is built for business. People expect to learn about other people and their business vs. Facebook where you want to downplay your job and introduce it on a low key level. With LinkedIn, you can just put it out there. “Hi, I’m Harvey Hart. I’m a Realtor(r) here in Milwaukee. I handle a lot of the corporate transfers for Harley Davidson and Miller Brewing”. Use your LinkedIn to maximize your sphere of influence and to find others who have like interests.
  6. Automation – LinkedIn offers syndication for your automated posts to your blog or wherever.

Remember, as with any social network, it’s not all about you all the time. Offer assistance, guidance, build relationships and do this consistenly. Be sure to make recommendations and you will receive recommendations back. Create your social marketing plan and stick to it. (we can help you here)…

My best advice is to enjoy what you are doing to get the most out of it. Canned, boring posts sound just like they are canned. People won’t read what you have to offer even it you are consistenly posting!

Words of wisdome for a Tuesday!
